Light Spirals Guide
Open a new 100x100 sized file and fill it with #000000.
Now go on Filter - Render - Lens Flare and create a light effect.
Now use Filter - Distort - Twirl and distort the image according to your taste.
Duplicate the later and set the copy on Overlay with 50% opacity.
Then merge the layers and go on Image - Adjustments - Hue/Saturation and change the color until you get the desired effect.
